Bright sunshine, pleasant temperatures, and a golf course in excellent condition provided the perfect setting for the first “Tigers of Tomorrow Tournament” of the 2024 season.

The tournament was a modified Florida Scramble over nine holes, played in teams of three consisting of two new members and an experienced coach. Nine flights teed off. All the teams had a great time and enjoyed a perfect “day of golf.”

The best score of the day was achieved by the team of Paul Neumann, Carl Dehner, and Ute Zimmer with 40 strokes. Second place went to the team of Sonny Mulitalo, Arnulf Götz, and Luca Kleinschroth (41 strokes).

The next tournament, scheduled for Sunday, June 9, 2024, will be played using the Stableford format. This gives the “Tigers of Tomorrow” the opportunity to improve their handicap.
